Had to exchange from a medium for a size small, it still fits a loose though. This has the ZOO STATION logo, its not same jacket I originally ordered. The first jacket had the U2 UV ACTUNG BABY logo with the pink circle on the back. I'll just keep this one, dont want to bother shipping back & wait again. Customer service was communicated through email correspondence only, they were very prompt with returning my emails though. I liked my other jacket better. Now its $80, I originally paid $90.

Medium fit me like an extra large. Needed to exchange for a small. I wasn't happy about having to pay a return shipping fee of $13.00 (jacket alone) I had to send it back in the original box.
