Shea Nilotika Cold-Pressed Virgin Shea Butter- NAMIBIAN MARULA

Great product!!!

This particular scent is really good. This is my 2nd favorite of the Virgin Shea Butters. I will continue to buy this butter but only in the cooler weather as it will arrive slightly liquified so be careful when opening the container. In my experience once it solidifies it doesn't take away from the performance even though the consistency slightly changes.

I disliked the fact that my discount code wasn't applied to my ordee which would've saved me $45, and after numerous phone calls, voice messages, and emails, the vendor never got back to me which I have not experienced in all the more than 15 years that I've been ordering from this company when I've reached out for customer service. So, my disappointment is not with the products but the lack, or shall I say, no customer support from this vendor. It makes me leary to order again because I feel like I won't get help if I have an issue with an order.

The first jar was super soft and pliable. The one I just received is so hard I would have to scrape it out with a spoon.
