The fastener holes for the bottom piece don't line up with the factory holes and we're not drilled even. You have to put the passenger side one in to center it then mark the board and drill a new hole over 1/2" right and 1/2" forward to Mount the bottom. Quality control is not great on these. The carpeting looks very nice however and it does give the appearance I wanted, but I expected it to at least fit without modification.
