Great bag
Kept me fit all winter, hung up in the basement. Kept me out of trouble and could blow off steam without getting crazy with heavy bag. I’m a bit older so working on speed, rhythm, and technique was really useful.

Love it ! Get you one . Plain and simple a fun exercise! Great for reaction time , speed, slips, counters and head movement. All around one of my favorite bags I have. Only thing I wish is the straps were adjustable.
