The product : Exactly as I pictured it, lightweight, good quality and nice flexibility so taking it on and off is relatively painless. The customer service: The case that I had ordered did not arrive in spite of the carrier saying that it was delivered. I got in touch with Pela and was pleasantly surprised by their speed of response. They kept me informed of exactly what was happening and shipped out another case which I received. Highly recommend !!
