OK… let me tell you… this belt was a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday and I am so happy with it! The customer service is PERFECTION. The person I was contacted by was quick to respond, sent me an idea of how the belt would look before making it, so I’d make adjustments if needed and he also made recommendations for more back support, since he has history of a back operation… it was all perfect. They also gave me the option to get it sooner, which I took, just in case. The belt arrived in RECORD TIME! It looked so amazing! The detail work in it was so good! And the most important part is the comfort and stability, right? WELP! 20/10! My boyfriend loved it! He felt comfortable, stable, and the belt was made tough, family. You won’t regret it!
