Perfect Sample Set - Vena Cava & Antique Books

I was curious about Vena Cava (2012 version) and Antique Books, so I ordered this duo set to try it out. For Antique Books, the scent is like being inside an old library filled with leather-bound books. It’s a very leather forward fragrance which I quite enjoyed. Vena Cava (2012 version) is a dark and dense woody florals with a hint of merlot. There is a blood accord in the opening that fades quickly. The overall scent has a dry and warm feel to it. I’m now curious about the 2025 version.

Lovely, But Allergic

I purchased Haunted Waters & Carnival of Ghosts. Carnival of Ghosts is absolutely dreamy, everything I want in a Halloween scent (which is what I was looking for!) but I unfortunately had a terrible allergic reaction within 30 minutes of applying it; due to the reaction, I have no idea how long the scent lasts or how it develops after that point, and I didn't go on to try Haunted Waters. But if you are looking for a gorgeous, spooky scent for the autumn, definitely try Carnival!!

A Perfect Pair

It’s been too long since I ordered from Amorphous- I have a hard time splurging on myself. I finally decided to replace my long lost Autumn in Salem and try The Gables as well. Both scents are incredible. Long lasting and hauntingly different. Can’t wait to size up.
