I entered the store to purchase a jade necklace and bracelet because I was told they were natural. Jade and I asked several times. Are you sure they are natural? Jade and she said yes. So I purchased the necklace and bracelet went home. Did a little research and found out that they are not natural stones so when I went to return them the following day the associate informed me that they are not natural but they look natural. I was given a full refund and told them that they should not advertise that that this Jade necklace is natural Jade when in fact it is not I will never shop there again
