Mishandled Return Request

While the quality of the garments was acceptable, the pants were not cut the same as others I have in a size large size… I texted about the return process… they asked if tags were still on pieces, I say “no” because there was only a round rag on the top with designers name and nothing on pants. That was the way I received them. I am 80 years old and certainly have no reason to lie about a pair of too small pants…. I am not going to bother trying to return them, but I do feel this was mishandled.
