Great pants, light insulation. I usually am a S, bought a M, fits well but tight at the waist/ thigh. If I wear sweat pants with them it’s very tight, could have sized up to a L for a more loose fit. Wore them in -30 degree wetsuit with leggings, was a little cold but honestly not too bad.
