I am not thrilled about the fact that there are no returns especially when it is an online purchase. As well, you charge an amount to return the item back to you. This is not the case with most online purchases. I went to Drae in person to do an exchange . This is one aspect of this on line purchase that would make me very hesitant to order again or to recommend to anyone else.
