Simply Amazing Customer Service

I bought this dress to wear for my Birthday celebration. We live on the road full time, which always makes parcel timing and delivery tricky. I picked up my order from the Broome post office on Monday morning, full of excitement. Unfortunately there was an error in dispatch and I had been sent the wrong dress. A quick call to customer service, a brief chat and a laugh about the situation, and me crossing my fingers I might just get the correct dress for the weekend celebrations. Less than 48 hours later and on the complete opposite side of the country I had this beauty in my hot little hands! I have never received such exceptional service, no questions asked, lovely and professional, full of apologies for their mistake. This wasn’t my first order and won’t be my last, well done PP!

Love love love it! So bright and cheery. Such a flattering style/shape but very generous so definitely size down a size or two especially if you don’t have a huge bust
