They seem well made and look great. Be aware that the rough in box needs to be level. There is no play at all.

Very good purchase

I ordered the dark bronze colored 3 toggle switches with cover plate and it arrived quickly. The color was as pictured on the website and everything seemed of good quality. They have been installed now for about a week or two and have had zero issues. I would not hesitate to purchase them again.

Great Experience And Love The Products

We did a kitchen/dining room renovation summer 2025 so I purchased many light switches (2 and 3 gang) and combination switch/outlet in brass and black/brass combinations as well as some white outlets. Definitely put the finishing touch on the spaces and well worth the effort and cost. I worked with my electrician to determine where I needed 3 and 4 way switches (switches located in different areas of the room that went to the same light fixture ) and dimmers. I communicated with Handle Shop regarding those specialty switches by email and they accommodated our needs and quickly provided cost info. I am located in the USA and am not sure where the products are being shipped from …. So like everything else when doing a renovation, I gave it some extra lead time for delivery (especially with international tariff discussions happening) and I believe some of the products got stuck in customs for longer than normal times. HSC gives tracking info so I could tell my box was sitting in the same location for a while. I will be ordering more products to upgrade the rest of the switches on the same level - they look amazing, they are unique (at least currently 🙂) and if I am bothering to pick a paint a paint color it is worth it to upgrade the outlets as well.
