Good service

Arrived in good time. Replaced three year old battery. Slightly less range than the original battery. This possibly a warehouse problem of old stock and no new batteries available. New improved charger included.

Cost of replacement battery

Using the item isn't the issue with this purchase. The overall problem encountered is two fold: no response from Biktrix regarding my initial email query, nor the second one. I had to call to confirm their receipt and inform Biktrix that no, I wasn't able to fill in the review that was sent to me as no actions had been taken. The second point of concern is the cost of the battery. Purchase price, shipping and taxes, the battery came out to $580, which equates to a quarter of the price of the bike. Acknowledging that the battery was two years old, and used less then 500 kms, I'm concerning about the longevity of this new one, and wondering when the other bike's battery will fail.
