This is a great collar and I find the handle reassuring to have that additional control over my dog in case he has his head in something he shouldn't. The clip is also very reassuring as I don't feel the collar will break away easily. I do think this collar is rather heavy, I can understand why as it's sturdy and secure, but I wouldn't want my dog to wear it all the time, just on walks or trips out.
