The Brightening Serum

Great product, terribly packaged for shipping

I love this serum, but it was packaged very poorly in a flimsy bubbly wrapper. The box holding the product was completely crushed and the product was hot to the touch after sitting in a UPS truck all day. Hopefully the product is not ruined. Considering what I paid for shipping I expect better packaging and shipping that considers temperature sensitivity.

Not for me

Already used it for a month don’t see much of the difference.
