HTVRONT Handle Tumbler/Straight/Mug Tumbler Heat Plate Kit - For A200&A200H&A200M

Will not close around a 20oz straight tumbler. Keeps opening back up when I close it at 110lbs. HTVRONT did send me a replacement machine and I still have the same problem. Does work great with the 20oz water bottles where they are a tad fatter. I tried several different brands with no luck.
