Portable Water Flosser - 3D Pro Advanced

I usually don’t write reviews on purchases but I had to here. My GlossRay quit working so I called to see how to troubleshoot. The person I spoke to, without hesitation asked for my address and sent me a brand new flosser. I love the flosser and the customer service is Top Notch. Highly recommend!

Incredible Customer Service & Fantastic product!

Please note that I don't normally take the time to write reviews. But I HAD to write this one. After less than a year my cordless water flosser stopped charging. A customer service representative got back with me promptly. After trouble shooting, come to find out I was charging the unit incorrectly. Even though it was my fault, they replaced the best cordless flosser I have ever owned at no charge. I love this company!

The sweet gal that I spoke with was so kind and efficient in seeing that I was completely happy by providing me with a new model because of an issue with my recently purchased one.
