Ordered this ring on the 3rd of December. Nothing special and no extra engraving. I almost canceled my order because I thought this may have been a fraud. There is no one you can speak with on the phone. You can email someone and maybe they get back to you with a generic email that your product is on the way. Tracking system is a joke. It took nearly 4 weeks to get the ring in. Customer service needs to be better. The ring its self was fantastic. I know it was Christmas time but no where on the web site did it say there would be extra delays. Need to add a human element to customer service.

I purchased two rings and I’m completely disappointed. The color of them make them looks so fake it was such a waste of money. Shipping took forever as well. Don’t recommend them.
