I feel the difference when I use this product. I run a little bit faster and my runs feel more efficient.

Easy mix great taste

Not entirely sure I felt the affects of this product, but I have only used it twice so far. It mixes extremely easy and tastes nice!

Not that affective

For me, a high stim pre works better.
