The second one I received wasn't the one I ordered but this company was straight on it and sent the correct one out plus a lovely deluxe gift bag as a sorry plus a label for me to send the incorrect one back which I have done. Absolutely loved this necklace. Bought for my daughter. The personalised box was beautiful. The gift made me cry when I gave it to my daughter. There was a slight issue with the necklace as it broke a couple of months down the line but the customer service was second to none. Quick response and replacement sent out.
