Dissapointed

I had ordered several pairs of similar shorts two years ago and was very satisfied. These were not the same - inferior quality (waist band had very little elasticity and they size was way off - too big). In the process, after paying the shipping charge up front I then had to pay the restocking charge to return. So I am out of pocket nearly $20 with nothing to show :((
