Hoodie had a quality control issue with the front pocket being sewn on crooked. Seller sent a shipping label and offered a replacement of the same hoodie, a hoodie blank from a different manufacturer, or a full refund. Communication was prompt, and every attempt was made to make things right while also being very respectful. I opted for a replacement with a blank from a different manufacturer and will update again when it is received.
