Double shipping costs charged

Regarding order #3928, I received an email on 06/05/2026 stating one of the two items I ordered was on it's way, however it did not arrive. In fact, both of the ordered items were delivered on 13/05/2026, in separate packages, each with a separate shipping cost. If asked, I would have been perfectly happy for both items to have been delivered together, in a single package, with a single shipping charge. Separate packaging and delivery is environmentally wasteful - and I feel as though I've been taken advantage of and charged twice, without any genuine reason or necessity.
