Love this

The wooden frame is built really well. I have no complaints whatsoever on the build quality. I love the switches as well. I did get the ones without keycaps so I could put a set I already have but am totally loving the keyboard. Wireless performance with the 2.4 dongle is also pretty good.

Bad customer service experience

Ordered 5 keyboards and 2 plates from them. The order worth around $700. The package arrived with damaged pieces. All the keyboards boxes were damaged and a keycap set was with one of keyboards and that was damaged seriously. My biggest annoyance was that one of the ISO plates that I ordered was broken when arrived. I emailed them with the broken plate and they didn’t respond at all. Please save your money and go and buy your keyboard from somewhere else.
