Better in person
Overall 5 stars for the look of the rug. Although, it was very difficult to set up the tile mats under the bed. Would need more than one person and move the bed entirely out of the room. In this particular case I would have preferred the Ruggable type mat. But given the choice between the two companies, I think I’d go with Tumble again. Like the quality of the actual rug slightly better.

Best Customer Service...They want you to be happy
I purchased a rug and after following the directions on washing, the rug did not fit the mat. When customer service discovered I was unhappy, they asked for photos and promptly sent me a new rug and mat. I need a rug that does not slip as I have a 104 year old mom who uses a walker and 2 aging dogs. The rug is the perfect choice. I look forward to ordering another rug in the near future. Thank you to the great customer service.

Absolutely worth every penny!
I was skeptical about ordering a washable rug because they generally don’t feel like a rug. But this has to be the best investment I made. I enjoy sitting on the floor with my son now! The padding is the perfect width. And the rug is super soft! I notice my family doesn’t mind sitting on the floor anymore! Worth every penny!
