This silicone band will likely outlive my headset, and fits perfectly. The original elastic band was obviously softer and arguably more comfortable, but stretched out to the point of uselessness in less than a year of heavy use. Combined with some thicker earpads and some adjustment, I barely notice the difference. If, like me, you're more concerned about durability and function (like keeping a steel frame off your dome,) then look no further.
