Illustration Marker and Pencil Basic Box

Great art supplies.

I have made nothing with the boxes as I bought them to give as gifts. I was impressed with the quality and inspiration. The gift receovers liked them too.

One of the marker pens came dried out. After contacting customer service I was offered a $5 store credit. I feel like a better option would be to send a replacement or an equivalent item.
