Good hair products irritating marketing

The way you priced everything was annoying enough to make me never buy again. Just beyond a discount etc. . honestly it felt insulting and that is the primary event that sticks out when I think about your company now. And I even use the shampoo every day! I won’t buy there again.

My Fav

Love this conditioner. This and the bonding mask make my hair feel like silk. My fav and go to for most days. I do swim a lot so wash my hair almost daily. I have been using the Verb system for about 4 months now and my hair is noticeably healthier. I do use blow dryer and straightening irons also not after every wash but a lot. Keeping my hair in the best condition it has ever been in. I have long waist length hair and I love these products. Aso color the gray and keeps it nice and shiny!

Better to hoard the original product

I'd like to have the original product back. The latest product has a fragrance like Dove soap . . . a bit heavy handed. Worse, I have only seen the conditioner in this packaging end up so thick that it wouldn't pour (like Heinz catsup). The Verb people were very kind to send me a push pump and a much larger bottle. So far, it comes out just fine, but I won't know if the push pump solves the problem until I get to the bottom of the bottle. I guess I'll suffer through the fragrance.
