Their website listed some hard to find speciality chocolates that my wife likes, a chili pepper dark chocolate she orders from Budapest. Unfortunately the website indicated out-of-stock and I left a comment. They followed up the next day with a phone call explaining a supply shipment was due to arrive within the week so I placed an order. My order was delivered quickly, within 10 days of that phone call, and the box included a cold pack to keep the chocolates from melting during shipping in the hot August weather. Good product + fair price + excellent customer service = happy wife.
