i ordered two flagpole sets. one arrived with the correct pieces...meaning it had the correct notches and locking dimples for assembly, but the second did not. it doesn't stay together when moving flag in and out in the am and pm without holding the pole at the connection point. not a super big deal, just slightly annoying. so i guess it would be a 4 star for the good kit and a two star for the lame kit.
