Exceptional customer service

I've been wearing these same natural rubber sig compression socks for years but I had lost quite a bit of weight and so I re-measured myself and it looks like I was going to be taking a different size. I ordered them and I should have left well enough alone because they did not fit well. But I made the call to customer service and they took care of me. They're swapping them out for my old standby size. I will be back reordering some more because they really do seem to care about their customers.
