Protein without stomach upset

This is an excellent addition to my morning smoothie, adding the protein that I was looking for without upsetting my sensitive stomach. There is no strange flavor or texture, except for an added thickness, which is pleasant.

No bloating

After trying several way, protein supplements, and not being able to tolerate them due to bloating, feeling fullness, I decided to try EquiLife’s Pea protein. Happy to say it mixes easily in my smoothie and causes absolutely no bloating. Also great to know I’m getting 20 additional grams of protein in the morning.
