Technivorm Moccamaster KM5 Burr Grinder - Matte White

Just works. Grind is consistent and fast. Holding down the button takes like 4 seconds, not a downside at all unless you are severly impatient. Highly recommend.

This grinder works great, my only problem is the static. I'm used to grinding espresso beans and no problem with static but there is a lot of static with these coffee beans. I'm assuming it all has to do with the roast. Enjoying using the machine though and I will get a handle on the static. :)

So Far Excellent

I purchased this product partly due to reviews, but equally because of Technivorm's track record for quality and durability in my house. We have a Moccamaster coffee maker that has produced 3 pots per day for the last 2 1/2 years flawlessly, consistently and showing no signs of use. Never had a coffee maker last that long before. The grinder is smaller that I expected, less than my Opus. It is a bit noisier than the Opus but it is really fast. Grind is consistent so coffee taste is consistent each day as well. I get a bit of static but not significant in my opinion. We single dose - measure about 40 grams for each grind and I have not had any issues there. I'm looking forward to enjoying this grinder for a long time!
