Internet Purchase

I bought the guitar via the Internet. I know that's not the recommended way to do things but Lâg guitars have a good reputation, the model I bought sounded good on videos I'd seen and the free setup by Richards Guitars was far too tempting. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday of the following week. It plays beautifully. The tone is nice and rich, it has plenty of sustain and chimes like the church bells. It's made of sustainable wood, and built in an environmentally-friendly way. Richards Guitars provided excellent service: their communication was faultless. I was asked how I would like the guitar to be set up prior to the work being carried out. It was despatched by DX who delivered it professionally and it arrived right in the centre of the delivery time slot. I've been very impressed with every aspect of this purchase. Richards Guitars even planted a tree for me and removed a bottle from the ocean! They'd get 6 stars if I could award them. I'm a very happy customer.
