No Response After Shoe Exchange Request

I ordered two pairs of Rhizal shoes, but they turned out to be too small upon arrival. I requested a size exchange and received written confirmation for the exchange. However, after sending the shoes back, I have not received any further communication from Rhizal. This lack of response is very concerning, and I am starting to feel like I've been scammed. I am not confident that I will receive my exchanged shoes, which is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
