No Response After Shoe Exchange Request

I ordered two pairs of Rhizal shoes, but they turned out to be too small upon arrival. I requested a size exchange and received written confirmation for the exchange. However, after sending the shoes back, I have not received any further communication from Rhizal. This lack of response is very concerning, and I am starting to feel like I've been scammed. I am not confident that I will receive my exchanged shoes, which is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Own loads of high end designer shoes which are no doubt comfortable, but these are different. Highly comfortable and feel very natural to walk in. Would definitely recommend 👍
