Eagles Rest Yoga Mat – 6mm Eco-Friendly Non-Slip Mat for Comfort, Grip & Stability

The mat was beautiful, which is what attracted me to it. However it was not 1/4 inch thick….. maybe only 1/8 inch. The mat did not provide enough cushion for my exercise on it. I was disappointed.

I love the look of this mat . I’m used to a stick mat though so this is not yet as sticky as I like Hoping when it gets worn some it will be so!
