Classic Cuts Collection

Once again, 44 Steaks does not disappoint. Got me a couple of the 16 oz ribeyes. Made my version of the Hawaiian Rbeye-those who know, know !.Better than most other's prime cuts. The meat melts in your mouth and the textture was perfect. Thanks for keep delivering to me the best steaks ever.

The flavor of the ribeye was wonderful but it had just a few inedible bites or we would have rated it a 5.

I was disappointed with the brisket shape and trim. It was irregular in shape with a long triangular odd piece at the end of the flat. I ended up having to trim that off creating quite a bit of waste. While the meat wasn’t bad, I was quite disappointed due to the price of the brisket compared to what I received. This would not have been a cut I would purchase at my local HEB. I won’t purchase again or recommend. Steaks looked great, haven’t cooked those yet. I had high hopes for my order but was left feeling like I overpaid for a substandard trim and undersized brisket.
