I loved it. It was amazing so well-made and although this model didn’t work for Walter, Chris was amazing and helped me devise. Another model that would help with his muscle atrophy. Can’t wait to get the new one and try it out. Chris is a hero to these disabled animals!

My first order of a wheelchair for our guinea pig was shipped so quickly. I got in touch to say that unfortunately it was too small and perhaps a partial refund. ? They got back to me quickly and sent me two more adjusted models to try. Fantastic. Our biggie is trying to learn how to use it. Hoping he will make the curve. A tasty veggie held in front of him seems to get us a few steps :) I’m glad I’m trying this though. No regrets. Thank you so much. Heather / Rochester, NY
