I love the crossed and pearl cross i got absolutely beautiful

i loved this! it is absolutely perfect & i cant wait to gift it to my dad for Christmas

The items were lovely and I appreciate that. However, I wasn't expecting to have to pay a £40 customs charge on top of the already quite expensive order. Nowhere in your information does it state that as a UK resident I would incur further charges. Maybe something to add to your order confirmations? Also, the tracking wasn't very helpful. It never moved from the US to the UK so it was difficult to see where in the process my parcel was.
