I thought that the pendent and the engraving were bigger, especially the engraving as it is very hard to read on the pendant. The pictures and video on your website for this particular item seem a lot bigger than the final product. Also, the way that the pendent is designed, it tends to always flip to the back side hiding what should be displayed, even when it is flat on the skin as soon as you move it flips back to the original position. Otherwise, it is crafted well.
