Really high quality dress, runs small

I am a true 4, and ordered at 4 and I can barely fit in this dress.. it fits me like a glove. The quality of the dress is amazing, its thick, structed, and the fabric feels expensive. Beware, it doesn't really have any stretch to it what so ever. I'm short so I got the petite length but its still a bit long/the torso seems too long for my body so i might have it altered a little bit to fit better.

I am wearing this dress for my daughter’s upcoming September wedding. I didn’t want a typical MOB dress. This dress is EVERYTHING! I love how it fits and it is completely STUNNING on!
