TrimLite Vibration Plate

The strength of the vibration was both fantastic and a little over bearing. I think that was only negative it was the first time i used it and i need to work with it more to get my body used to the device. All in all i truly enjoyed my experience with it, as did all of the physical therapy guys who used it before me. I think this machine will really help in my recovery

So much fun to use! I use it everyday for 6 to 10 minutes in the morning and again in the evening! It honestly just feels good! I love my machine. At almost 70 years old I am glad it has handles to steady myself! Highly Recommend!!!
