4+/3mm Hooded Men's Wetsuit

I’m 5’6”, 155 lbs with an athletic build, and went with a size SM. This is the best fit I’ve ever had in a wetsuit—and I’ve tried a lot: Rip Curl, O’Neill, Nine Plus, Matuse, Xcel, Vissla, Buell, and Needessentials. It looks great, feels great, and moves really well in the water. The color detail on the sleeve is both a cool design touch and a drawback—it’s overlocked onto the sleeve, which gives it stretch but prevents the wrist from having a snug, watertight fit. Since both sleeves are built the same for symmetry, that means I get flushing in both lower arms. The entry to the wetsuit has a nice touch to prevent the raw edge from wearing out—it’s got a stretchy rolled tape finish that feels durable and well thought out. The hood entry was tight—which I didn’t mind too much—but compared to other hoods I’ve worn, it’s noticeably more snug. Overall though, the suit is stylish, comfortable, and high quality—just a couple of small adjustments away from being perfect.
