I’m sadly disappointed with the products and customer service at Bodynovas. Items I purchased shipped over a month later. I emailed multiple times to ask for updates which I never received. The quality of the products is questionable. No ingredients listed on the labels (it says to look up the ingredients on the website). The Amplified gel is NOT effective for RF; the skin does not heat AT ALL. And the Sorcery cream compares to cheaper versions sold on Amazon. There is no real benefit to any of these things. I had high hopes for this “hand-made, small-batch” business, but I’m sadly disappointed. Will never purchase anything from them again. For online classes, the information is valuable but the instruction method is unnecessarily lengthy. Spends A LOT of time talking to other people, looking for things, going over the same technique on the same body part a million times. The videos are over an hour long (sometimes over 2 hours) and the real content could be condensed to a few minutes.
