Got there in the end

Ordered my item and waited a full week for it to arrive. Had to email the company to give me an update about my order. To be fair I did get a reply back the same day, but did not get a reason why. It took another email from myself to ask again about the status of the item, again I received an email promptly from the company and was given a response that was a bit cryptic but my item was dispatched that day.
