Great wheel

I will be honest here I prefer the big square D wheels, but this one I put in the turning center at the local WoodCraft where I teach. It gets used all the time and trust me some of the staff need to take my sharpening course! But they have quit bluing our tools and the wheel has stood up to everything everyone has thrown at it. Great product at a good price.

Setup for different grinding angles

Purchased several 180 grit CBN wheels to replace the aluminu, oxide wheels of my slow speed grinder. My plan is to assign each CBN wheel to a specific angle for sharpening spindlegouges, bowl gouges, etc. Saves time and effort so as not to constantly change the grinding angles when changing t=between bowl and spindle gouges.

Ocassional woodturner

I’m an ocassional woodturner who loves tools; hence the need to sharpen my turning tools. These CBN wheels are a perfect compliment to my expensive high speed bowl turning gouges. Work like a charm. Easy set up and use with my wolverine jig.
