faultless customer service

Unfortunately the Wrangler jeans I ordered were not available but I received a phone call from a gentleman saying that these could be replaced with Levi 501s which although were labelled a smaller size had been measured and would fit me.I agreed and duly received the levis in good time. Unfortunately I have worn them and don't really get on with them so I can't return them. This is my choice and not the fault of Mayors who went to great lengths to provide a satisfactory alternative. As I have said in the title...faultless customer service.
