Enlumine: Sculpting Accelerator

Have been using faithfully and not noticing any difference. Directions are not really clear. It says something about using a form-fitting cloth or plastic wrap to keep secure and leave it in place for 45 minutes??? So do you apply the product and cover it up for 45 min THEN use their lipo wrap?? Very confusing
